Welcome on Board Sir this is another great moment of change my time is brief, therefore i will go straight to the point

Am speaking on TEAMWORK
The word TEAMWORK is an action performed by a team towards a common goal

A TEAM consists of more than one person, each of whom typically has different responsibilities

If we are to succeed in our business then we need to look at each other as members of team which is working towards success

Have you noticed that the word TEAM does not have the letter I in it.  Team work means working towards helping each other to become successful.  Team work means Together Everyone Achieving More

This is very key in this business of ours
Without this TEAMWORK, then we end up working as Salary earners in MLM

PRINCIPLES OF TEAMWORK
1. :Responsibility:
You must take responsibility for your business
Once you join H2I you must be aware that you are in BUSINESS; YOUR business.  Your upline is responsible to help you, but not responsible to take up your responsibility in seeing that your business is running

Your Upline will not be available for you to act as your Entertainment Clown, but will be there as your MENTOR, mentoring and training you so that you can do the same for your downline.

Most partners have this mentality that teamwork is '' Their upline putting sign ups under them''

You see them complaining that my upline is not encouraging me, so on and so forth

You are responsible for your business
Your upline is only to guide you

2. Foundation: Are You The Foolish Man That Builds Your House Upon Sand - No you have to build your house on a rock

You must have the end in mind
We want focus on what we want to achieve for ourselves and will put in all our efforts and determination to make sure that we meet our own goals.

You must start on a good note by learning all that is necessary to be a good team player by regularly attending seminars

Thats how to lay a good foundation

3. Share: this is one of the great important of teamwork
It is important that immediately after you have registered as a partner  that you tell people about your business

But right now, you don't know much about the business

This is where your upline or team members comes in to do presentations for you and talked to your prospects

Facebook has a beautiful feature called the "Share" button.  Share with everybody this wonderful business of yours

HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR TEAM MEMBERS

1. YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST WITH YOUR TEAM MEMBERS
The saying which goes that, ''do what I say but not what i do doesn’t work in network marketing

Downlines always do what they see an upline does. For people to have team work spirit in the business you have to be honest and do what you tell them to do as well otherwise, they will do things which are contrary to what you are telling them to do
2. Work with only downlines who are interested

Having many downlines doesn’t mean that all of them qualify to give them your time. There are so many people who join network marketing when they are tourists who want to try out the business to see if the business works or not

Such people cannot work together. They don’t have dreams to pursue, but they only want to tryout something to see if they can earn living

For people to have a team work spirit, they must have visions. Without a vision, people can never be cooperative. For that matter, you have only to work with those who have a vision to build a business.

3. Show downlines what to do not telling them what to do this is the best way to show team work. Many network marketing business builders are not willing to show the downlines how the business works. they just telling them how the system works

This will never show downlines that you care for them. You have to go with them and show them practically how things work.

This is one of the reasons i travels from place to place to teach and mentor my downlines its a lot of sacrifice but its worth it

4. Expose downlines to the cross downlines and uplines

Downlines have to know other people in the team to build team work spirit in the team. It is the responsibility of the upline to invite the cross downlines to meet the new people who join the team so that the new downline gets to know where to get support from.

This is very important

this is why we have various seminars weekly to bring us together in trainings and knowing each other

This is why we have various WhatsApp groups, which acts as our virtual offices

Cross downlines and uplines are very important. They help new downlines learn so many things in the business since an upline cannot teach everything to their downlines. People have to know others in the business and that is how team work can be emphasized.

In conclusion, work with team and show them what to do. Always make sure that you bring people together and help them work together.

This topic is very large

*TOOLS TO EFFECTIVE PROSPECTING
First of all let's get to the definition of prospect/prospecting...

*Prospecting is the process of searching for potential customers,  clients or buyers in order to develop or grow new biz

Prospect is a potential customer who sees but has limited or no interaction with a company... Eg H2i...

In prospecting, we have 2 types

Outbound and inbound prospecting
Cos of time we will only deal on inbound prospecting

Here is exploring relationship with someone who has already express concern with our NGO

This is the best form of prospecting cos it yields 64% sells or results

Now let's look at the steps in it

1. Research
Here u determine if the prospect is workable

If he or she has qualities to work with

U also fine opportunities to connect with him or her and develop trust bw u two

Know also wat they like etc etc etc
Know also the kind of post that attracts them
The ones they liked or commented

2... First touch

This has to do with calling n reaching out to them

This should be done immediately after the person likes or comments on the post

3...be human

Here note that no one likes to talk to a robot

Appear friendly

Ask questions like

How was ya day or weekend
Make the person feel relaxed

4... Wrap it up

This is done in the space of 24 hrs to 48 hrs after ya first conversation with him or her

Do a follow u

Now let's look at the tools we can explore these

2. Instagram
3. Facebook
4. Blogs
5. LinkedIn
6. Buffer or hootsuite
7. Skype for video call if necessary

Let's talk about Facebook

This is the most easiest or commonest tools to get prospects as many as u like

But before then,

Start with yourself

Be neat in ya post

Be presentable in ya pix

If there is anything u need to delete (old stuff)  pls do so

Remember your yesterday... If u feel putting up H2i now will remove your mark, pls delete them off immediately

Facebook has maximum of 5000  space

How many Friends do u have

The more friends u have, the more pple to see ya post

Start now

Start sending Friend request to at least 50 people per day

Make sure u fill in ya 5000

Be the king

U don't need to know pple

Just S

Yes they will accept

All tribes

Then note also that followers are unlimited... 😂

Right now I have abt 8000 plus followers

In a single acct?
My Facebook page is 5000, filled up,  8k plus followers and about 2k friends request

Yeah

A simple post I post attracts nothing less than 5 - 6 thousand eyes...

They might not like or comments but SURE they see

Now let quickly go to Instagram

Pls have it

Same as Facebook

Follow as many pple as u can

Lest I forget,

Try to tag people to your Facebook post

Don't tag members cos we all know wat u do
Funny enough I tag commissioners
Top politician
Etc
They may not be interested but pple on their page sees them

These things works like magic

Make sure all post is backed with pictures of events

U don't need to see or attend the event

But u speak as ure the owner of the event

Have a whole lot of our partners too

Churches, clubs, associations etc

Some of us, people don't know wat we sell

In this biz if pple don't address u as mama H2i or sir H2i then know and know you have not started

If u break thru a leader of any organization, club or church,

Then be rest assured that u have the members

My dear ladies... Pls know and have at the back of ur mind that guys and I mean a lot will come not to register but to register u😂

Will u be discouraged???

Tell them to register first then den u Disappear as usual

For the guys, pls always be soft in prospecting

Yeah we have plenty blogs

Put a little write up of H2i, and ur phone nos inclusive and drop in as many blogs on social media as u can

Blog like football, just drop as comment there

U will be surprised to receive calls from there
